I ordered curtains by measure. After selecting width and lenght for 2 curtains, I expected to receive 160cm wide curtains, instead received 140cm of material, with an explanation that it is the width of the rail that is chosen during ordering. So I ended up with standard curtains that I could have bought anywhere for the fraction of the price. They refused to accept return. Bad service and tax on fools!

After 2 years I bought Tyrolean style curtains again. A misunderstanding requires an exchange and return. What to say: they were very courteous and prompt in shipping and collection. The receptionists are attentive and very kind. It was all resolved in less than a week. Well done.

I purchased a glass curtain with valance for the bathroom. I was thrilled! For the quick delivery, for the quality and care of the product and for the choice of many sizes. And then I love the mountains, Bolzano and surroundings, Selva Gardena... and the wonderful mountains... and... what's there to better than a delicious curtain with edelweiss and gentians??
